Deal Selfie: Ceramaret SA Acquires TKC Technische Keramik

Deal Selfie: Ceramaret SA Acquires TKC Technische Keramik—Swiss-based Ceramaret SA, headquartered in Bôle, is acquiring the German company TKC-Technische Keramik GmbH, based in Meissen, thereby expanding its existing market position in Germany.

Ceramaret SA, together with its German subsidiary, Ceramaret GmbH, is a leader in the development and manufacture of high-precision components made of high-performance ceramics for analytical and fluid-handling systems, as well as watch components. The acquisition of TKC complements Ceramaret’s organic growth and underscores the company’s track record of success to date. TKC’s customer base consists primarily of medical and industrial clients.

Our M&A Tax Team, led by partners Jakob Eisenreich (certified public accountant) and Marina Badelt (attorney), provided tax advice on the design and structuring of the acquisition.

We wish everyone involved and the entire corporate group continued success!
